These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Missing You AI, operated by Alphanet Mediatech Pvt Ltd, Chennai, India ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Missing You AI. By confirming your age during sign-in, you represent that you are 18 or older. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will delete the account immediately.
Missing You AI provides access to twelve fictional AI companion characters across romance, friendship and support modes. These characters are powered by an AI language model. They are not real people. They cannot provide professional advice in any field.
AI disclosure: Every companion carries a clear label identifying them as an AI character. This label is shown at the start of every conversation and at least once every three hours of continuous chatting.
The service is currently in closed beta. Features may change or be interrupted without notice. We may limit or end your access during the beta at our discretion.

Missing You AI companions are not therapists, doctors, lawyers or financial advisers. Nothing said by a companion constitutes professional advice of any kind. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis line at findahelpline.com.
Romance stays warm and non-explicit. Companions will not produce sexual content. If the AI model declines a request, the companion will suggest you rephrase.
Companions do not use manipulative engagement techniques — no streaks, no guilt-based retention, no paywalled emotional moments.
During the beta, each account has a daily message limit (currently 60 messages). When reached, your companion will let you know and tell you when the limit resets. We may adjust limits at any time.
You own the messages you send. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process your messages to generate replies and to store them for continuity across devices. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. All your messages, memories and personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uptime. We may suspend or end the service at any time, including to protect users or to comply with legal requirements. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alphanet Mediatech Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Missing You AI. Our total liability to you shall not exceed INR 1,000 (or local equivalent).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
