Refund and cancellation policy

What you buy

A credit pack adds credits to your account at the price shown at checkout before you pay. One credit is used for each message you send to a companion. Credit packs are one-time purchases. We do not set up automatic recurring charges, so there is no subscription to cancel.

Refunds

Used credits are non-refundable.
Unused credits from credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, minus the payment processing fee.
The preview session adds 30 credits and is non-refundable. If you continue within 7 days with the step-up, the price of the preview counts toward a starter pack of 250 credits in total (30 + 220).

How to ask for a refund

Write to ai@missingyou.life from the email address you signed in with, and include your payment reference. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live, including any right to cancel or to a refund that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
